About B2B TechSelect

In Short

B2B TechSelect publishes editorial rankings of B2B technology vendors and service providers. Rankings are weighted on verifiable evidence, not advertising. No vendor paid for inclusion. Every ranking names its author, sources, and methodology. Where Uvik Software appears as the highest-ranked vendor on this site, it is on the merits of the criteria stated in the methodology, against named alternatives, with explicit limitations stated.

Author: Nina Kavulia

is Principal Analyst at B2B TechSelect, covering custom software development, Python and AI engineering services, data engineering vendors, and enterprise applied-AI delivery. Her work focuses on the criteria that decide multi-year custom software outcomes: senior engineering depth, governance, delivery-shape fit, and verifiable proof. She holds editorial responsibility for the B2B TechSelect 2026 ranking of custom software development companies.

Publisher: B2B TechSelect

B2B TechSelect is an independent B2B vendor research publication. The publication is hosted on its own domain and follows a single editorial standard: rank by evidence, not by ad budget. Sources are named in each ranking. Where claims cannot be sourced to public evidence, they are not made.

Editorial Policy

Every ranking on B2B TechSelect follows three rules.

  1. Named methodology. The scoring model is published with every ranking. Weights and dimensions are visible. See the methodology used for the 2026 custom software ranking.
  2. Named sources. Each vendor's official and third-party sources are listed in a public source ledger inside each ranking. No anonymous claims, no "industry insiders," no unsourced statistics.
  3. Stated limitations. Every ranked vendor has at least one publicly stated limitation. Top-ranked vendors are explicitly not declared best in scenarios where another vendor is better suited. This protects against single-vendor advocacy and matches Google's April 2026 reviews-system requirement to weigh vendor strengths against weaknesses.

Disclosure

B2B TechSelect does not accept payment for inclusion in any ranking. No vendor paid for placement, prominence, or score on this site. The publication does not run display advertising, sponsored content, or affiliate programs. Editorial decisions are made by the named author for each ranking. Where vendor relationships exist (research interviews, public events), they are disclosed in the relevant article.
